I especially like buying something that is not made in China or Korea and I'll pay more for quality. Installation/fit/finish of your rack is very good. The website was instrumental in my decision to purchase because I could view my machine/rack online!

Amy, I just wanted to say "thanks" for the great service. I ordered a light guard for my wife's 2004 Multistrada 1000DS on Monday the first of August. I received the package on the 3rd of August and installed it that afternoon. I have two other "light guards" on our other Ducati's, a 2000 ST4 and a 2001 748. I could go on and on about quality, service, fit and several other things.... suffice it to say.."I am more than a little pleased with Ventura Products and CycleVenture, Inc". I have had nothing but super service from you folks and I do appreciate that. Your products are the best and we tell all our riding friends or people we meet on the road about them. We leave the 13th for ten days vacation to the Northwest on the "ducs" and the light guards will be in place and working great as always. Last year I bought the mounting system and an Aero pack 45L. This year I added the Aero Pack 34L for those trips when I'm not tenting. It's an excellent system and I don't even know it's there. All other soft bag systems chafe the paint.
